01. Include fonts in PowerPoint

When you create a PowerPoint file using a newly installed font, the layout may break if that font is not installed on another PC. This happens because the system substitutes the missing font with another font.

To prevent layout issues, you need to save the presentation with the fonts included in the file.

To save fonts within a PowerPoint file, click the File tab and select Options. In the PowerPoint Options dialog box, go to Save and check Embed fonts in the file under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation.

PowerPoint files can include OpenType Fonts (OTF) and TrueType Fonts (TTF). OTF fonts are commonly used for graphic design, while TTF fonts are often used for document writing.

02. A site for downloading fonts

If you are looking to download fonts, there are several popular websites where you can find a variety of options.

When downloading fonts, it is important to carefully review the usage conditions and licenses associated with each font. Some fonts are available for both personal and commercial use, while others may have restrictions depending on the purpose.
